I think it is as if he knows that even if a case is ever brought against him that he will be dead of natural causes before he would ever have to go to court. Any lawyer worth a penny could delay proceedings sufficiently to allow hh to die peacefully in his own bed. That is the problem of having a CEO in his mid 80's. The end result would be a BK company and no resolution for the shareholders. I know that sounds crazy, but I guess anything is possible.


hh might be in his 80's, but he is smart and his mind is still sharp. I truly believe he has this planned out well.
