I highly doubt processor 3 is being installed. Being built is loose term. People said P1 was having the drum replaced, and that was all. That didn't make any sense to me. It probably needed to be completely overhauled, as it looked like it was built from a junkyard compared to P2. Once P1 is rebuilt, then P3 can be focused on. I could be completely wrong, but the over exuberance over simultaneous processor installation has proven to be just that. I think we'll get a sonic boom of sorts once P1 and P2 and are in full scale production. They would probably need a tanker a day filled at that point, so tanker sightings, run tickets, or some type of PR should confirm it. All just speculation on my part.
