IMO they are dealing, not so much with a fouling problem, as much as a logistics problem. One machine running 4000/lbs per hour at 80% uptime and producing 4% petcoke, churns out about 3000lbs per day per machine of petcoke. Multiply that by 3 machines and you quickly have a storage problem. Need to accomodate that and have buyers lined up as well as tranportation/storage etc. Don't know how far along they are to solving this but, it is a significant logistical problem. IMO.
