Someone posted a while ago that JBI and JB were in a Welland court recently. They were the plaintiff if I recall. The defendants were 2 or 3 people one of whom I seem to recall was a former employee or shareholder. One of the names was Susan Elsley I think. Not positive of the name but I somewhat remember this person being discussed some time ago on this board as possibly being a disgruntled employee.
I would have to search out the relevant posts but time does not permit me to do so. If anyone has links to these relevant posts it would be greatly appreciated.
Just trying to piece together a story that may be relevant to shareholders. With the SEC case kind of in limbo lately perhaps this may or may not be relevant.Again JMHO
