The PR about the LOI stated the deal is expected to be approved/signed by Sept. 30th.
China is 12 hours ahead of EST. So if the PR was written for the Canadian/American market, then Sept 30th for us would be Monday Oct 1st for the Chinese.
Maybe the final decision is expected that Monday morning (our Sunday 30th). And we'll see the PR on Monday or Tuesday U.S. time...
