The buyer was the CEO, who owns (Form 3) about 75% of the shares already IIRC. He made repeated buys at $2.25/share on different days...... I added at $2.25, and dropped my cost 50% with averaging from about $23 to $12.50/share. I will buy more as time goes buy.
