NyBob, I'm thinking that at years end the PM sector (especially gold and silver) will be near to or exceeding their previous record highs, and once the shorts witness this they'll come under pressure to back down and liquidate their VGZ short positions en masse. Of course, many could see the writing on the wall now and start covering much sooner, but I believe most will wait to see what transpires. All in my opinion.
