Hey Sherlock, yes there are laws on registering names. But that is not the case here. Cavu is already a registered name own by Cavu Resources. If I am forming a company with someone and I am going to own 40% of that company and the other party is going to hold 60% of that same company, we can name that company whatever we want as long as that name is not already own and registered by someone else. Since Cavu is already own by us it is a non-issue. I do not know why people are making a issue about a non-issue.
