That is a good question. Given the fact that it has been awhile since the agreement to separate was announced and has yet to be finalized, I am inclined to believe that they are still negotiating the terms.

Perhaps Mr. Chang is reconsidering the drastic measure he has taken. I find it odd that he wants nothing to do with the Seema deal and potentially the overseas planting customer if it is not within China or Taiwan.
