Exactly my thoughts ! Terrestrial spectrum is much more worth than MSS spectrum. As it seems that nobody is working anymore at the TSC offices in Reston and the only address remaining is a postbox at the Vienna shopping centre and there is no viable plan for a business or network build out after the POR the POR should be cancelled. The spectums value is more than a billion today so sell the company and distribute the funds to all owners/shareholders including the commons.
