BNCC $6.90.. Been fighting to get a position back.. Bought a few today on the markup.. I think we could see a $12.00 bid sometimes during the next year.. Earnings and book now support it.. This certainally is no longer your Grand Pop's Oldsmobile..

When looking back I now realise that the "NICE man" that I spoke to when BNCC was at $2.00 was acting in his interests and not the bank's.. His attitude twards this settlement was no and the Bank needed the funds from the sale of cheap stock to grow.. .. I wonder how many were sold short against thier Box to pay for the shares they bought..

This story is far from done because not only do we have blowout earnings potential but we could have blow out short covering.. Thier Ill gotten gain potential just went down the drain..

Handcuffs anyone..??? Gains in my pocket for sure but they came from the smell that I was almost able to taste all the way from ND.. It just never seemed to make sense more each day the SEC held up the escrow funds when the party line was the bank was so undercapitol that it almost could not funtion making loans and was in a stall for any growth in the middle of the biggest economic boom in the lower 48.. ..

Under the microscope it was and not the case.. The laydown on the lawsuit was everyone's clue and I did some but not enough scalping then.. Funny all this came from DYNV and the losses created there.. Oil ,, money and greed are good if you are on the right side.. ENSV is the next target,, nice block of BNCC sitting at $7.00 ,, I'm tempted but am at 7700 and that's enough for now.. After all it still is a position that has as much exceitement as watching rust being created.. But then Scrap went from $100.00 a ton to $2,500 and if thats a measuremm could we have a $25.00 stock here.. hank
