There are some strong indications that is the case.
The impending Iraq campaign could represent a watershed event
in the history of the Middle East.
Imagine a free Iraq.
Imagine a free Afghanistan.
Imagine a free Iran.
Imagine a free Lebanon.
It could happen.
If we set out goals high and we act responsibly
and we are courageous and steadfast in waging this war
on terrorism  this war we did not start  it could happen.
