Would you put him in a truck and drive into him into downtown Moscow while telling him not to push the detonate button on that 20MT nuclear bomb riding in the back with him? As for the British they probably have as much blood on their hands as any evil tyrant you would care to pick. I find it quite intriguing that you find the lowly collaborator guilty of his crimes while letting the instigators go.
