Hey Chuck- hope all is well. Through this entire ordeal, I have made several things abundently clear to all regarding OTOW and my position: 1)Don't trust anybody on Ihub, including me- I could be a 300 pound inmate with internet privileges; 2)I may be an attorney (or a 300 pound inmate), but this is personal, not business- i don't have a fiduciary duty to anybody, but luckily, I have a moral duty to all not to perpetrate or assist a fraud, mislead, etc. - as I have stated over and over- I have never met val, I have spoken on the phone 2-3 times; probably 6 -10 e-mails, and I don't have, never asked for, nor would ever listen to "inside informtion"- the proof of that is my 200K+ red position here, LOL; 3)the "evidence" is just not there to come to any conclusion yet (as to scam/no scam); but I have obviously placed my bets on no scam; 4) I am in the enviable position of actually only "betting" what I can afford to lose, both here in pinkie land and at the blackjack tables (only game I play)- the funds for my OTOW play come from 20+ years of doing this, including more than one 6 figure "win"; and finally, once again for all that missed it; 5) I am in this hero or zero-THIS IS GAMBLING-I am looking at a 6 figure win, or a 6 figure loss- only time will tell.
