Term limits only treats the symptoms, it does not address the real problem.
The real problem is that we the people have not taken seriously our responsibility as citizens and have let special interests (bankers, communists, etc) take over the government.
We the people are just getting what we deserve. Until we repent of our apathy, greed, immorality and other such things and actively support goodness, truth, justice, and freedom with personal responsibility, don't expect anything to solve our problems...
There are eternal laws that cannot be changed by legislation or wishing. Wickedness never was happiness and never will be.
