I have a 147 SPY OCT/NOV calendar on right now. The impact of dividends is going to affect the SPY price towards the downside. May need to start skipping the dividend months with these calendars.

The short ITM calls are troublesome - might want to call your broker and ask them what the odds are of assignment within the confines of your overall position. Since you have the short ITM calls as part of a larger position, you may be protected. I'd certainly be interested in hearing their response.
