No I never stayed in touch with any of them, I expect if I wanted I could find them, using some contacts I have.

I personally never met him, but a friend did and told me he was a big man (politically correct) and that it was hard to get facts out of him. As I say I spoke to him on the phone a couple of times and in both cases I called his head office and told them it was to do with something personal, then I managed to get him and ask him questions. He was not happy the second time as he obviously had people fielding calls.

From memory I think the banks were into him for a lot of money too. This was all seven years ago and I remember a guy I spoke in the company that was still operating (MAM I think in shefield) when it all went bang. He would not tell me anything but he did say it had been one hell of a bumpy three years and to watch this space. I never did. I know MAM became some other company and some guy, who's name escapes me, took over with his own team.

There was lots going on at the time. MMI automotive, they told me lot too when I called them. No idea what happened to them but they were educating when I called, to say the least.
