I tend to agree but remain skeptical until we see more details, primarily due to the massive increase in a/s, according to the filings they thought 500M wasn't enough that they needed to raise it to 1.5B but we'll see what happens.

Obviously if this is Korean Sollensys this will be pretty good as they make the touch screens for Apple(iPad and iPhone), BlackBerry, Samsung, LG and Google Phone so that right there is enough to keep me interested...lol.

One of Rowland Day's legal areas is mergers and acquisitions so perhaps thats what we are looking at here..??
