What if Ironridge Global IV, Ltd. has been building up a short position through VFIN and CANT the last month or so on the OPEN MARKET. Since they agreed not to short the 143.5 million shares that will be issued to them. "In connection with the transaction, IV agreed not to hold any short position in the issuer’s common stock, and not to engage in or effect, directly or indirectly, any short sale until at least 180 days after the end of the calculation period."

* And they are going to use to 10k news to sell the 143.5 million shares over the next week or so and eventually drive the price down to where they can cover their short..

Just a thought haven't heard great things about Ironridge Global IV, Lt. a post by a i hub user

Still holding .0008s and will see how this plays out this week but just sharing my concerns...
