what if they use intellectual properties that belong to Atrinsic??? David Rifkin and Aaron Baker were part of Atrinsic and deeply involved. What happen to Spyder???
Definitely the BOD is responsible but maybe not only them.
The good thing about the BOD is that they are all loaded!!! So, we could easily get back our stolen $ Millions!!!
Either way, since they rejected the Bankruptcy, I think it can only mean good for us and that we should get a lot more money per shares than what it is worth right now!
