you might still have a point .. The pruchase that Dr soon made was almost has if rushed..purchased 113,494,743 shares in 2days, he could have waited or purchased smaller blocks making his entity hidden for a while.

I'm thinking it was to serve a few purposes, one take a stake in the company even though his average is in the 3-4cent range, he figured by showing his intentions early it would not be considered insider trading when and if he annouces something 6months latter about now (oct) time frame, I believe i read that he had plans to annoce something this october.

I've seen before where a company buys into another and then a few months latter, developments happen.

Another thought that comes to mind is, he put a down payment to buy this company and if it meet certain milestones, he would purchase the company outright. after all he can if he wanted to.. by buying out YA debt and buy enough shares to have controlling interest.

Or he knows more than we do on whats going on in the background... to dump 3.5million.. perhaps his circle of friends include Microsoft and Apple executives ..Its amazing how these billionare's know each other. all IMO.
