As you suggest, MDGC/Hexa2 will be ahead on the curve and are working on technologies including interactive content delivery networks (iCDN) that will far surpass current ITU standards for 4G and clearly fit better into the designation found in the scientific articles found in the provided link.
However, you should also be aware of Broadcom's 5G Wifi chip sets, which oddly enough encompasses one of the delivery modes MDGC has developed. Interesting, wouldn't you say?
