The chart below illustrates what I am writing of. It can be seen how the RUT is outperforming the other indexes and the TRAN is underperforming. Therefore I swing trade the TNA long in an upswing and swing trade short the IYT in a downswing. In this manner my R/R is increased. The question is there a better sector to short or long and if so how do I determine which one?
