Sorry, you will need to perform your own research. For my part, I already provided the list of some of Hexa2's features in an earlier post last evening.
Maybe you could be so kind as to provide support for these statements:
I see the others [platforms] as far more functional with greater capacity. Additionally they are know to be in widespread use.
THe difference with the shareholders is an understanding from a business perspective of the possibilities in the combination of MDGC and Hexa2 technologies. There obviously is a strong push to complete to merger, which I believe is inevitable based upon the definite agreement and PR.
I see the merger of these companies and offerings between MDGC$ (micro cell flex networks, potential 5th generation ubiquitous multi-channel, multi-mode wireless capabilities) and Hexa2 with its Live Interactive Social Media Platform integrated with Tele-presence providing many-to-many interactive video, VoIP, Instant Text, connected to 300+ social media sites, Content Manager, Conversion Server and more offering Virtual Rooms for consumers and SMB as a marriage pointing to a very profitable enterprise.
It seems we are getting caught up in semantics. The Hexa2 platform requires no downloads itself for access purposes and has a 1Click entry system. I do not know of any video supported platforms that do not require Flash or some similar supportive delivery software.
If your arguement is that Flash is the genertic "download" then you are wrong, all video conferencing platforms require Flash or something similar.
However, as mentioned above and earlier Hexa2 combines many features that are superior than most similar platforms given its intelligent media delivery algorithms with a focus on interactive, live, on demand, and streaming, protocols.
That is not to say Hexa2 doesn't have competion, but with the merger of MDGC and Hexa2 and the first of its kind iCDN (interactive content delivery network) wireless delivery platform combining interactive content delivery with high speed broadband internet services and solutions for fixed and mobile customers including rural.
