This was filed ELECTRONICALLT in 2010. Edgar does not 'automatically' update anything without input.
I want to know how the name MONTAGUE ended up on a form dated 2010 with Evans name on it. How can EDGAR 'automatically' update anything when essentially they don't even know that MIHL exists yet?
I have also included a short link to the OTC Filing that everyone can read without signing on.
