It would be a friggin' miracle imo unfortunately...but of course we can never say never in pos-land right...and if any company deserves an exception especially for some minor filing oversight KMAG should be that 1 exception to the rule!

But the 10 day window is next to impossible to expect a miracle exception from...especially if it was due to the minor 15-12G oversight 'cause the SEC can simply say too bad so sad it's your duty to understand all your reporting obligations right.

That's why I don't think there's much of a chance of a miracle exception happening here unfortunately...but however many months it takes...KMAG should definitely be able to rise again...and I personally believe Jeff Reid will prove his character/integrity as quick as humanly possible so all is definitely not lost here even if/when KMAG hits the greys next week...just need all the forthcoming facts to surface still of course and after those facts emerge need Jeff Reid's timeline/plans for getting off the greys glty
