Yes good point berdboy...and if no miracles can happen now that the SEC suspension was handed down...then like I said yesterday after the obligatory 10 days KMAG will open on the greys and Jeff Reid's gonna have to find a mm sponsor to file his 211 along with those 2 years worth of fully audited fins and Form 10.

Sucks big time if the whole thing was simply the result of the 15-12G oversight...but we wont' know that for sure until more info surfaces glty
