Agreed lowman...hopefully his lawyers are getting the specific reasons for the suspension from the SEC...and if it is what it appears to be I totally think heads should roll...'cause that's gotta be the most ludicrous reason to suspend a legitimate growing penny company handed down without so much as a phone call warning ahead of time I've ever witnessed in the penny casino...and KMAG's lawyers should have a ROCK SOLID case for an EXCEPTION to not go directly to the greys after the obligatory 10 day suspension period has passed!

Of course there may be more to it so we're all still guessing...but if that's the main reason and the SEC couldn't even call KMAG to point out the minor 15-12G resumption of reporting duties requirement...then the SEC is not doing their job and protecting shareholders...they're scewing shareholders by treating co's like KMAG totally unjustly and unfairly for such a minor filing oversight IMO
