Its not a death sentence. We have people posting here with an agenda. Do your own DD

MM's will be concerned about liabilty first and profit second. If the first gets mitigated the second will push KMAG into an exchange.

A full reporting company with a proven and incredible growth rate will find an exchange to trade on.
