KMAG has used the same law firm atleast since the beginning of last year.

IMO, this bodes extremely well, considering how many times a pinky will change legal counsel due to disagreements.

KMAG's counsel is not some rinky-dink operators, either. They have offices in downtown NYC. This bodes well, IMO, too.
