Though somewhat justified, we're assuming first of all, the problem is with the BB. Secondly, and though justified, we're assuming MMG is the cause.

It wouldn't have had to be MMG to push the SEC. For the last 30 days, KMAG has left MANY investors perplexed, regarding the BB. Technically, once finished, there would have been no valid reason not to announced the completion and results shortly thereafter.

It may have done well if in the Aug 10th PR, JR had simply stated the BB was completed and results would be known after the filing, but he didn't even do that. Hence, every day after that PR, KMAG compounded the chances of SEC filed complaints.

But of course, this is all assuming the whole problem is the BB, in the first place.
