While the subject is on the table might as well point out something that is of great importance to all shareholders. A while back there were posts stating e.g. MIHL has made 'filings' about this and that. There have been NO SEC FILINGS....only DISCLOSURES to satisfy the OTC requirements. OTC Disclosures carry no legal obligations, no fear of scrutiny or prosecution, no consequences whatsoever other than maybe being downgraded or blacklisted. However it is the SEC Filings that count, of which there are none for MIHL (other than the mysterious Form D from 2010). SEC Filings hold legal accountability for statements made and provide a more reliable level of DD. So while OTC Disclosures appear to provide lots of information they should be taken with a grain of salt.
