MIHL- SEC Filing
MIHL was searched on EDGAR with negative results so apparently it is not even on SEC's radar.
However, when you check the OTC/MIHL filings there is only one SEC filing and I'll be darned if I can figure it out.
Why would a filing dated in 2010 carry the name Montague Investment Holdings Ltd (MIHL) connected with Gregory Evans on a FORM D?
