Interesting to notice in the suspension, while most of the companies had, "Questions have arisen concerning the adequacy and accuracy of press releases, ...adequacy and accuracy of press releases concerning the company’s operations, GTGP was the only one to have only adequacy mentioned; ...concerning the adequacy of publicly available information about the company, nothing about financial statements or lack of. One did get, ...concerning the adequacy and accuracy of publicly available information about the company’s operations.
Pretty vague as the SEC doesn't seem to be questioning press releases or company operations. One could read lack of fin's into it though, only one is mention for a financial statements; "accuracy of its financial statements". http://www.sec.gov/litigation/suspensions/2012/34-67868-o.pdf
Does it mean anything?, just a typo?, at this moment in time, it doesn't matter for now.
Just really hate the fact that a 5 digit balance is all placed on HOPE now & not having any control over anything.
