I spoke with two different people at the SEC in Washington yesterday and both said KMA Global should register... one of them who spoke with me for about 20 minutes stressed KMAG should register.
Filing a registration statement Form 10 and becoming fully reporting, I believe, will go a long way with the SEC.
KMAG's fundamentals are exemplary..have not changed... and Mr. Reid is doing his all to get us out of this. Some have questioned his comment about not knowing beforehand but what if he only found out just before we did, before the bell Monday morning.. that does not count... so maybe he really did not know beforehand. And regarding getting into the 'greys'...you know he'll do everything possible to keep us going strong.
I really believe Mr. Reid, like us, would have much to lose and nothing to gain by everything he has done so far if there is any impropriety. He'll fight a good battle and I pray WE ALL WIN.
