Hi, Janice as you know I have been quietly following you for years. I look up to you, And know for a fact you know your stuff 100%.

I truly believe KMAG had been lumped into a pile of crap pink companies as the SEC continues to clean house and rightfully so. But.... IMO this will be and this is the first and even maybe last time that they are flat out wrong.

KMAG is only down here because Jeff Reid got cancer had to hand his company off to a bunch of nitwit investors who almost ran it into the ground while he battled the fight for his own life.

I Fully believe him and have full confidence the truth will come out and all Shareholders,Jeff Reid and KMAG will be fully up listed to the OTCBB even if they hit the Grey's for a small period of time.

This is a Tragic Mistake and I hope All KMAG shareholders hold there head high during this entire process because they did nothing wrong....
