I would have to go back and look at the shares and what they convert to. I don't have time for that right now. As far as float numbers - it really doesn't make any difference - all those restricted shres WILL come off restriction and will dilute you all out. Unless you plan to sell before that happens - no problem - I guess!

Whenever I hear about FLOAT numbers now I think about Float Lock Downs and how that one clown convinced people they could lock down the float - they couldn't - shares are constantly poured out of these companies - and a lot of unregistered shares - and investors that believed that nonsense were crushed fiancially. Fortunately the SEC is now going after that guy (MONK/Williams).
