Why should an investor or potential investor have to wait for months after the fact before knowing what the o/s is today? That is the BAD thing about a gagged t/a. It is too late to do anything. Gagged t/a's suggest they have something to hide.
Then there is the whole other story about selling unregistered shares.
I don't know where that number came from - but if there are toxic convertibles involved here it could easily go that high.
Mitch has no choice - he needs money and in order to get it he will need to hand out shares. How he does it to benefit the common retail investor is left to be seen.
That is why I call these pennystocks share selling schemes. It takes a good storyline to sell shares. How they use that money is a whole other story. That will determine your fate and fortune.
