Hard to say. If missing financials is the only thing that the SEC suspended them for then I suppose that ZMGD could survive a bit longer if they decided to file financials.
However, the SEC is normally very deliberate when it comes to suspending companies like ZMGD. In my experience, suspension is almost always a death knell that indicates far more serious underlying issues than merely late or missing financials.
Without a doubt there have been complaints against ZMGD filed with the SEC.
Where there is smoke there is fire.
I believe that once this goes grey market in about 10 days there will be attempts by many to run for the exits.
