The TF agent has nothing to do with the SEC filings. Mitch is not needed to answer this silly question. Please show me and the board where in the SEC filings it shows that Cono has 250 million shares. They have 150 million shares authorized by the SEC. Read the last quarterly to see how many are outstanding; not even close to 150 million. You guys are posting baseless and false accusations with nothing to back it up.
