Bottom line is from a KMAG standpoint we all believe what we want too. I am talking from a Strictly SEC Suspension point of view which is complete BULLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL>>>>


Now from a KMAG stand point There are things i believe that Jeff needs to do to increase shareholder Value and take that next step. That is a Whole different Topic.....


I am only Speaking about todays Halt/Suspension. it's Complete Bullchit... And the SEC has made a Huge Mistake.


I'll tell you why they made such a big Mistake. It's because 99.999999999999999% percent of Halts/Suspension are warranted because they are Scams. KMAG does not belong down here and is getting grouped into this mess because its a Pink and the SEC lumped them together lazilly not doing there own DD on KMAG...


I do not care what anyone says.... I firmly Believe JR and Shareholders will Come out of this Alive and Kicking... Grey's may be coming but thats no guarantee, and Even if Greys come he WILL emerge out of them.
