CEO announced dilution was over before the TA was ungagged. See what I'm getting at?! People were worried about the gagged TA, meanwhile the CEO already let them know what the deal was with the share structure. They were so fearful of some irrelevant details that they let it get in the way of better judgement, and they missed out on a great rally, several bags.

How could I make such bold presumptions you say? Elementary my dear Watson, I enjoy speculating.
