Well I just spoke with James Fallacaro for about 20 minutes on the phone just now. He was very forthright and honest with what transpired today. It all hit us like a ton of bricks, including the man himself where he received a phone call from them, shortly right after the fact they suspended GTGP. He told them that he submitted the financials and was awaiting for approval(as he has stated before), but never received it, and their response was it didn't matter, because what was done was done. He never got a wells notice or warning, but the SEC didn't care if he went by the book, and cannot take back with what they've initiated. It's sad as Jim sincerely feels for all the shareholders and those that are are dear to him that have GTGP Shares, however Jim said he did have plans originally with the GTGP Shares. He couldn't go into exact detail, but he will not hurt his shareholders as he told me, and does have contingencies, that can and will imo, benefit the current GTGP shareholders, even if we're on the greys... Not all hope is lost as I firmly believe there will be retribution so to speak for those who have GTGP shares, including the ones who purchased them this year, 2012... I've had, and still have my suspicions of what type of scenarios are going to be played out with GTGP, but Jim imo, will make it up as he told me the shareholders will get exactly what they need/wanted... So if you think all is lost, please re-think again, because soon, he will announce the details of what his plans are to his shareholders...
Business, fundamentally speaking is still a go, nothing has changed and we will hear more about these upcoming developments, but as far as the immediate term goes, tomorrow we will get a PR in regards with the suspension. No doubt...
Keep up the Faith in Jim, and I think it will even be better for the shareholders, once all this gets weeded out...
