do u understand the difference between action and intention-theres no fraud actually committed- its supposed intent-the regs used against bob deal w intent

never issued any shares so fraud was not actually committed -assuming issuing shares would be fraud- for the purpose was to raise money to begin operations and theres nothing fraudulent about that -dont confuse yourself by thinking the justice system is interested in justice-it hasnt been since the 60's -and that is drilled into law students from the 1st day of law school

as many have pointed out here they are tools used by interested parties to affect those parties ends

in every case where I've been personally aware of the facts I have seen a travesty of justice and I'm trying to do something about it

ask any lawyer and he will tell you there have been cases he lost and shouldnt have lost and doesnt know what happened.

whereas shorters shout fire -knowing those shout fires are NOT true on every board to ACTUALLY defraud longs everyday

e.g. the repeated shout fires about Geo having new pics while cwrn didnt led some here to believe Geo had taken over cwrn-and that was the intention
