Let me see....he never demoted,and never actually(??)defrauded....he didn't have the opportunity to issue shares

Then how silly is the DOJ being when bob never"actually" did any of these things??Has anyone notified the DOJ,and explain to them that they are wrong,Bob is innocent...uh,never mind if he pleaded guilty to something he never"actually"did.
