TBS Info: Did your stock get suspended? Here's the real deal:

When a stock gets a 10 Day suspension from the SEC, there is no trading for 10 days. After 10 days, trading resumes on the 'Grey Sheets'. There will be no quotations/level 2. And all the trades have to match exactly. Both nr of shares, and price.

Yeah...just found out about that......BUT Good news is that KMAG will still trade.......BUT the HARD PART is all the trades have to MATCH EXACTLY.

For instance. Say you put in a buy for 100K at .014.

There HAS to be somebody else selling 100K at .014 in order for you both to fill.

SO I suggest people put in even amounts if they want to fill. 10K, 50K, 100K......etc.

Bad news is it will probably be trading lower. And liquidity will be in the toilet.

Good news is there will be no more shenanigans by market makers.

Every trade will be an EXACT match between the seller and the buyer.

Gonna be VERY interesting watching the trades go by in 10 days.

NOW.....in order for them to get back to normal trading with quotes and level 2, they will need to submit a form 211 to FINRA.

AND they will need to get ONE market maker to 'sponsor' them...ie they need one MM to start making a market in the stock.

When they get that, other MM's can 'piggyback' on the first MM......and it will be back in business.

They will have to satisfy FINRA and that first MM of their bona fides.....and that everything is on the up and up.........z
