I don't see how anybody could draw the conclusion that there's some sort of Canouse scam going on because all evidence actually points in the other direction. From what I understand, from Canouse on down everybody involved in Quasar is putting in big-time hours in trying to ensure that the school improves its revenue position, that it attracts new business and that it also creates new markets for itself. Why do that when it would have just been easier to do what you described (strip it out as a shell and just take some OTC buyers for the traditional pinksheet ride and then move on)?
