Quasar has filed a Motion to Intervene in another civil litigation filed in the same Court by NHSH in an attempt to have the courts recognize shares previously issued by them which were subsequently assigned to the Corporation as invalid. The Corporation intends to file a Motion for Declaratory Relief and an issuance of the legally owned control block of four hundred, forty two and one-half million shares of NHSH and any other shares of NHSH that belong to Quasar. The Corporation believes this action by NHSH has given Quasar an opportunity for a quick resolution of this issue aside from our other claims. "
