What on earth are you talking about????? First you tell people watch the Humphreys lawsuit closely. Well, it was voluntarily withdrawn because Humphreys and his attorney faced severe sanctions from the court. It will never be re-filed, so now you tell everyone there is no liquidity in AHS because it is a private company. Private companies can and do have plenty of liquidity or haven't you noticed many LLC's and partnerships balance sheets??? Friendly lawsuitr?? There is nothing friendly about any of these lawsuits. HLNT directors are pretty darned excited about what is going on. Resign? AHS is not controlled by HLNT. Cash payments of $366,666? No such amounts exist.
