He probably had a lot of e-mail and finally got to it. I know it happens to me..lol, but yes, If he saw it before and couldn't answer then that would be the proper response. I'm sure he's a very busy man and answering every e-mail must take time. I'm glad that he replied back. Looking forward to the future PR from him.
